Important Update for U.S. Customers

Due to recent U.S. policy changes (Executive Order effective August 29, 2025), some customers have raised questions about incoming shipments. To reassure you: all U.S. orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the United States. This means your package is treated as a domestic shipment—with no additional tariffs, no customs processing, and no extra costs. Standard carrier transit times still apply.

Shipping to USA

1. Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel Shipping Option: $13 USD

Receive your package in as few as 4–8 business days (*).

Shipping time does not include any possible delay at US customs.

This is our default shipping option. For every order you place, you only pay $13 USD (U.S.A. address only). Your package will be shipped Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel via Canada Post, delivered by USPS Priority Mail.

  • Coverage for loss or damage up to $100 included
  • When we ship your order, you will receive an email from Canada Post with your tracking number.

(*) To Hawaii, it usually takes about 30 days. Delivery standards are for business days between major urban centres; exceptions apply. Due to order volume, our processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.

** Orders over 1 kg will be charged the actual shipping cost.

2. XPRESSPOST™ Shipping Option: $22 USD

Receive your package in as few as 3–5 business days (*).

Shipping time does not include any possible delay at US customs. If you need your package quicker, we offer a faster option for $22 USD (U.S.A. address only).

Your package will be shipped XPRESSPOST™ via Canada Post, delivered by USPS Express Mail (EMS).

  • When we ship your order, you will receive an email from Canada Post with your tracking number.

Caution

Some customers miss the USPS delivery attempt notice; unclaimed packages may be returned.

Please check your tracking often. If USPS shows an attempted delivery but you didn’t receive a notice, call USPS at 1-800-222-1811 for the local pickup details. Photo ID required for pickup.

Our Customer Service centre has the same visibility as the USPS/Canada Post tracking pages.

If USPS holds a package for 15 days (expedited) or 5 days (Xpress) and it’s returned to us, fees apply:

Option 1: Re-sending — $30 resending fee (covers carrier return + resend costs; we do not profit from this service).

Option 2: Cancelling — $20 cancellation fee (covers return shipping + transaction fees).

Shipping to Other Countries

1. XPRESSPOST™ Shipping: $49.50 USD

Receive your package in as few as 4–7 business days (*).

Shipping time does not include any possible delay at your country’s customs.

* denotes that Xpresspost and Tracked packet shipping are not available to your location, you will be contacted with details on shipping options to your country.

We provide fast & secure shipping for your convenience. For every order, you pay $49.50 USD.

Caution

Please check tracking frequently; unclaimed packages may be returned. If Canada Post shows an attempted delivery without a notice, call 1-888-550-6333 for pickup details. Photo ID required.
